Sanitarium cooking
I have chosen to put this post up because this is the bit I really enjoyed the most and it is really important to keep it in my memory forever and ever, and It will remind me when I learnt to cook something quick to eat.
On a sunny and cold season of Winter, Room 3 was going to a program that was called Sanitarium it was also called the “Eat your words” program. We went there to cook patties. What I enjoyed the most was how we made our names out of vegetables and fruits, and how we ate the burgers at the end.

I felt amazed when we were making the same food from last year because it means that we could learn from our mistakes and make better patties. What I felt challenging was when we had to cut up the vegetables and fruits. I didn’t feel comfortable on holding the knife, I kept on using the knife the wrong way. Instead of slicing it, It looked like that I was stabbing it. The more I clutched the knife the more I get frustrated. I would combat my challenge by trying to get use to holding it the right way and learning to cook at home with my mum.

ReplyDeleteHi Lucy. I am a year 7 student from Wesley Intermediate School. I love your awesome vegie made name. You triggered my memory of the sanitarium program I used to do when I was in primary! Maybe next time you do this activity, you and your friends could be more safe with the knife. Anyways... Good job. Keep up the good work! :)
